We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your project timelines:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking information
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Return Guidelines

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Products must not show signs of wear or installation

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following consumable abrasives cannot be returned once packaging is opened:

  • 1/2 Sheet Sanding Pads
  • 1/3 Sheet Sanding Pads
  • 1/4 Sheet Sanding Pads
  • Sanding Belts (all sizes)
  • Sanding Rolls
  • Random Orbital Sander Discs (all sizes)

Return Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
  2. Await authorization – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package securely – Use original packaging when possible, including all accessories
  4. Ship the return – Send to our Coventry workshop address (provided in authorization email)
  5. Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible products:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly state your desired replacement item
  • We’ll ship the new item once the return is processed
  • Any price difference will be charged/refunded accordingly

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • For international returns (outside UK):
    • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
    • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded
    • Duties/taxes are non-refundable
